Our holiday apartment is located on Söldenpeterweg in Passau, in the quiet and residential district of Passau
The apartment offers an excellent combination of peaceful surroundings and convenient access to the city center. A bus stop is located directly across the street, only about a 1-minute walk from the apartment, providing quick connections to the historic old town, the main train station, the swimming pool, and other destinations throughout Passau.
For guests arriving by car, a free parking space is available directly in front of the building. Additional free parking for larger vehicles, including vans and trucks, can be found only a one minute away.
A supermarket is within walking distance and can be reached in approximately 5 minutes. The nearby football stadium, sports facilities, and recreational areas make the location especially attractive for both leisure and business travelers.
